Eureka! At last, Nigerians Can Now Use Paypal to Purchase products Online!

I must first of all register my thanks to Mr. Pat Ogidi for keeping me informed about Paypal’s latest decision to allow Nigeria and nine other countries to start using her online payment service to purchase products online.

Ogid is one of the internet marketers that usually send me emails loaded with relevant content. I really appreciate him for this, and much especially as this latest information of his came to me like a hot cake fresh from the oven.

For a long time, Nigeria and many other countries were excluded from using Paypal to effect payment online. As a result of this, many people found it difficult making payments for the products they wanted to purchase online.

Now, this is not to say that there are no other companies rendering online payment service; it is just that most internet merchants always prefer being paid via paypal.

Yes, you have heard it clear from CFVL (Centre For Victorious Living) blog that it is beyond peradventure that Paypal has at last allowed Nigeria and nine other countries to use her online payment service to purchase products online.

In the email sent to me by Ogidi, he inserted a link which I clicked to read the good news from REUTERS, a renowned world news agency. So, starting from Tuesday July 16, 2014, consumers in Nigeria which has 60 million users and has Africa’s largest population, can now make payments through Paypal.

Apart from paying for products online, Nigerians who have been deprived of grabbing lucrative online jobs as a result of the exclusion of Nigerians from using Paypal service, can now heave a sigh of relief. If you want to do any online job and the employer is insisting on paying you via Paypal, don’t back out any longer. What you must quickly do is to go to the website of Paypal, that is, www.paypal.com to SIGN UP an account and give your Paypal ID to your employer.

Fire Your Faith to the Highest Level!

One of the things writers do to write better and be prolific is reading. If you are a writer, I’m sure you will agree with me that you cannot do without writing. So it is with me. I read practically everything that comes my way. And from time to time as I do this, I obtain lots of ideas that I use to write fresh, original articles.

What inspires me to write this article was an article I read in the VOICE (Nigerian edition NO. 28/2013), a publication of Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International (FGBMI). In the testimony of Arch. Ifeanyi Odedo, National President of FGBMI in Nigeria, titled, Brand New Man, featured in the publication, he testified how God led him through difficult human situations to make him highly successful.

He went further to explain the meaning of his name, “Ifeanyi Chukwu.” He said Ifeanyi Chukwu meant “With God all things are possible.” Just then, it occurred to me that I must write an article on this to help our esteemed readers operate their faith at the highest level. As I think of the title I should give this article, it occurred to me that I should title it, “Fire Your Faith to the Highest level.”

Now, what do I mean when I say you should fire your faith to the highest level? Well, firing your faith to the highest level means operating at the level of possibility in the face of seemingly impossible human condition.

Basically, we all believe that with God all things are possible and that there is nothing God cannot do. But unfortunately, when under severe trial when we ought to hold unto this basic level of faith, we allow unbelief and doubt to rob us of the victory that is ours by faith.

One may say, “I believe God can do all things, but this my situation, I don’t know.” When a person makes this kind of statement, it shows that the person is operating at zero level of faith. In a way, the person is saying that although God can do everything, his own situation may be an exception.

In another way, it could also mean that although God can do everything, God may not be willing to intervene in his situation. At any rate, the statement suggests doubt and unbelief. And when we are operating at the level of doubt and unbelief, we are not going to obtain anything from God.

The Bible says: “But without faith, it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Heb. 11:6). God has laid down the procedure for obtaining our heart’s desires from Him and He expects us to follow the procedure strictly.

Let us explain the procedure briefly:

1.   Really Believe that With God All things are Possible

When the Bible says ALL THINGS, it means ALL THINGS. There are no exceptions. ALL THINGS means everything, including the seemingly impossible situation confronting you. As far as God’s Word is concerned, no one is exempted from God’s Master Plan. Never allow any person to talk you out of God’s plan.

Beware of your vulnerable moment. Your vulnerable moment is when you are confronted with seemingly insurmountable situation. It is at your moment of vulnerability that the enemies will come to you to frustrate you out of God’s plan.

It is either they tell you that your problem is insurmountable or they try to make you believe that God will never intervene in your situation. DO NOT believe or pay attention to anyone who comes to you to tell you negative things about your situation.

God is not saying negative things concerning you. God is always saying good things about you. In Jer. 32:27, God said: “Behold, I am the Lord the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” And in Jer. 29:11, God states His Master Plan for humanity: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

If anyone comes to talk you out of your faith, recite the Bible verses above to him. Let the person know that they are Words of God and not Words of men. There is no other revelation or prophecy greater than the Word of God, the Bible. Even if an angel of God comes to tell you anything contrary to God’s Master Plan for your life, reject it!

The starting point to obtaining from God is believing that WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Jesus also admonished us to have faith in God (Mark 11:22).

2.   Believe that God is Willing to Intervene in Your Situation

The reason God will intervene in your situation is because He LOVES you. God is LOVE. There is no better way to describe God than to say “GOD IS LOVE.” Like parents, God loves us and wants the best for us.

As our heavenly Father, God is very much willing to intervene in our situation, if we exercise our faith in Him by calling on Him to intervene in our situation. Regarding God’s willingness to intervene, He said: “CALL UPON ME IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE, I WILL DELIVER YOU, AND YOU SHALL GLORIFY ME” (Psalm 50:15).

Note, however, that in as much as God wants to intervene in our situation, God will not act on our behalf if we do things that displease Him. In Isaiah 59:1-2, Prophet Isaiah said: “Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”

We should make our ways right with God. It is when we make our ways right with God that we can now expect God to intervene in our situation.

3.   Act on Your Belief

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT GOD CAN DO ALL THINGS, THEN, DON’T ENTERTAIN THE DOUBT WHETHER HE CAN INTERVENE IN YOUR SITUATION. The major problem confronting any person who is exercising his faith for victory over seemingly insurmountable problem is our feeling and perception – what we see, hear, perceive and feel.

IF WE WANT TO OPERATE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF FAITH, WE MUST NEVER ALLOW WHAT WE SEE, HEAR, PERCEIVE AND FEEL TO INFLUENCE US.

The Book of success, the Bible says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Cor. 5:7). The negative things you see, hear, perceive and feel can weaken your faith. You must consciously refuse to pay attention to your senses. YOU MUST CONSTANTLY REMIND YOURSELF THAT NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT A SITUATION MAY LOOK, FAITH WILL CHANGE IT, IF YOU APPLY IT!

FAITH IS THE ANSWER TO EVERY IMPOSSIBILITY. Acting on our belief means exercising our authority over seemingly impossible problem confronting us. Jesus practically demonstrated this many a time.

One striking instance is when He was passing by a fig tree with His disciples. Seeing no fruit on the fig tree, Jesus cursed the tree. When Jesus and His disciples were passing by the tree later, they observed that the tree had withered, and Jesus’ disciples drew His attention to the fig tree.

At that juncture, Jesus gave them practical instructions for operating at the highest level of faith. See Mark 11:22-24. We can summarize Jesus’ instructions as follows:

1.   Have faith in God. You must have faith in God before you can act on that faith. You must have faith that WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

2.   Speak to the seemingly impossible problem confronting you. Command it to be removed and be cast into the sea.

     3.   Never allow doubt to render you dumb. Speak to the “mountain” to           be removed and believe that it is done.

Finally, dear reader, the only way to remain on top of situations and be victorious now and always is to operate at the highest level of faith. You must believe God not only when things are rosy; you must believe God even when things are going from bad to worse.

Hold unto God as a drowning man holds unto anything that comes his way. If you don’t believe that God will intervene in your situation, is it man that you will believe? If you don’t operate from the level of possibility, is it doubt and unbelief that will earn you the victory you deserve?

Go on your knee now and ask God to give you the grace to operate from the level of possibility. Your “mountain” will move and you will be an overcomer now and always!
