Seven Ways of Making Money with Your Blog

One of the benefits of owning a blog is that you can monetize it and start generating constant income for yourself. If you already have a blog or you intend to have one, then this article is very important to you. Regardless of what you are using your blog for, you can make it to generate income for you constantly.
The Starting Point
There are many ways you can use your blog to earn constant income for yourself, but before I discuss some of these ways, it is important to note that you must make your blog a highly trafficked one. To make constant income from your blog, people must visit your blog. It is when people start visiting your blog that you can hope to earn money from your blog.
So, in making money from your blog, your focus should be on driving traffic. If you can drive traffic to your blog constantly, I assure you: you can actually generate constant income from your blog. How can one drive traffic to one’s blog? There are several ways of driving traffic to your blog. For full details, click BLOG MONEY Meanwhile, let us discuss seven ways you can monetize your blog and start earning cash constantly:
1.   Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is simply the business of helping people sell their products in return for a specified sum of money called “commission.” In doing this business, you don’t handle the affiliate product you are helping the owners to sell. You only recommend and refer people to the owner of the product and when the person you recommend the product to buys, you will be paid the commission due.

When you register to promote a product as an affiliate, you will be asked to create a product link which you will be using to promote the product on your blog. If people visiting your blog click the product link and buy the product, the owner of the product will track your product link and credit your account with the specified commission.

Affiliate marketing is one the simplest methods of earning cash on the Internet. For full details on how to earn huge income constantly from affiliate marketing, click:

2.   Information Marketing
Information marketing is another hot niche you must consider, if you want to make money on the Internet. We are living in the information age where anything you know can be packaged and sold for high profits. Your ability to write, create and package quality information is a great asset. But even if you can’t do any of these, or you don’t have the time to do these, you can still own products and sell them as your own.

3.   Pay-per-click Advert Program
Pay-per-click advert program is a way of earning money from your blog without selling a product or service. You only place people’s adverts on your blog and when people visiting your blog click on the adverts, you are paid for the clicks on the adverts.

The way it works is this: persons advertising their products/services will place their adverts with advertising companies for a fee. These advertising companies will then invite webmasters and bloggers to share in the fees by giving them some of the adverts to display on their sites. When people visit the sites of the webmasters and bloggers and click the adverts, the advertising companies will pay them for the clicks.

There are many advertising companies running pay-per-click advert program on the Internet. Notable among them are: Chitika eminimalls, Google Adsense, Bidvertiser, Adbrite, etc.

Presently, I am running, among other courses, practical training on pay-per-click advertising program, which enables the trainee to know how to monetize his blogs with pay-per-click advert program and earn income constantly.

4.   Advertisement
Another great way of monetizing your blog is by placing people’s adverts on your blog in return for a specified sum of money. In other words, you are helping business people and companies to advertise their product/services on your blog.

It is, however, important that before you can really make money running people’s adverts on your blog, you must be having high traffic. Virtually all business people seeking sites to place their adverts usually ask for traffic statistics of sites before they agree to pay for advert slots.

The more traffic you are having on your site, the higher will be the amount people will be willing to pay to place advert on your site. Another factor you must consider is the length of time you will run your advert program on your blog. You may run a weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly advert, which you will remove once the duration of the advert expires.

To run people’s adverts on your blog, you must install traffic count software on your blog. The function of this software is that it counts and records the number of people that visit your blog each day. Once you have installed this software and you start having high traffic on your blog, you can approach business people and request to run their ads on your blog.

Note: some traffic count softwares are free. For detail on how to install traffic count software on your blog, you can enroll for my weekend Internet Business training where you will be practically taught how to install a FREE traffic count software on your blog. Or better still, I can help you install traffic count software on your blog for a token.

5.   Consulting
If you are a professional or an expert in any field, trade, business or vocation, you can set up a blog and use it to run consultancy service to prospective clients. Those craving for the service you render will contact you. If your level of skill and competence is very high, you can charge high fee for your services as many professionals are doing online.

You may write and post some relevant articles on your blog to drive traffic to your blog. But this is not to say that you should give away all your knowledge and experience. If you give away all your knowledge and expert advice, you would be out of business soon.

The important thing is that let there be some relevant articles on your blog which will attract people to keep visiting your blog. Let people visiting your blog find something relevant and useful to read and benefit from.

I wrote an e-book which I believe will be of tremendous benefit to you in your consultancy service. This e-book is titled: How a Blog Can Help You Grow Your Professional Practice. To obtain a copy of this e-book, click: ONLINE PLATFORM FOR PROFESSIONALS

6.   Marketing Your Products
Regardless of the business you do offline, you can set up a blog where you advertise your business and product/service. Internet has made it easy for everyone to advertise cheaply. There are even philanthropic platforms like Wordpress and Blogger, just to mention a few, which permits you to set up a free blog using their resources and platform. I also learned that Google and Yahoo provide free resources and platform you can use to set up websites. This means you don’t pay for domain name registration and web hosting. They do it for you free.

Online visibility is relevant to your business, whether big or small. Don’t wait until your business becomes big before you set up a blog/website to promote and advertise it. No matter how little your business is, bring it online. In this IT age, you need a very effective Internet platform like blog to advance your business and stay relevant.

7.   Donation
If you are a liberal blogger who is propelled by charity and philanthropy to write and post FREE quality articles that are beneficial to humanity, you may insert DONATION page or insert Donation link into your posts where you ask people to donate for the course of the project.

The reason people donate to liberal bloggers is that they realize that what the liberal bloggers are giving away on their blog is what others are selling for high profits. So, some people who have benefited from the content of their blogs may want to donate some cash to the bloggers.
